1. Part safety test:

• Manual inspection: After disconnecting the power, move the pulley with your hand. It should rotate smoothly without "grinding" (Grinding) or friction sounds (indicating damage to the ball bearing).

• Positioning check: Make sure the pulley is not tilted or oscillating; any tilt could cause the belt to slip off track (Belt slippage).

2. Installation instructions:

• Safety: Completely disconnect the power from the device.

• Remove belt: Release the pressure from the pulley to get the belt out of its path.

• Pulley release: They are often secured with a single pivot screw or retaining ring (Snap ring). When disassembling, check the direction in which the spring attached to it is installed.

• lubrication: If needed, use a very small amount of high heat grease on the center axle, and avoid any grease reaching the outer pulley surface (the place of contact with the belt) to prevent slipping.
