How to use and maintain

1. Part safety test:

• Continuity check: After disconnecting the power, use the multimeter on resistance mode (Ohms). The heater should give a constant, low resistance reading (usually ranging between 20 to 40 ohms depending on electrical power). If the reading "Infinity" (OL) appears, the internal file is cut off (burned out).

• Visual inspection: any signs of swelling, severe bending of the coil, or wear on the metal terminals are indicators of damage to the part.

2. Installation instructions:

• Safety: completely disconnect the power about the stove. Make sure the heater is completely cool before touching.

• Cleaning: when unscrewing the damaged heater, clean the "distillation bowl" (Drip Bowl) and electrical socket (Receptacle) of grease. The presence of charred food residue inside the socket prevents good connection and causes the ends to overheat and burn (overheating).

• Installation: push the heater terminals firmly into the socket until you feel the "click" of the installation. Make sure the heater is positioned horizontally, perfectly parallel to the distillation vessel; any tilt may result in uneven heat distribution.
