المادة: بلاستيك (نايلون/تيفلون) مصمم لتحمل الحرارة العالية والاحتكاك المستمر دون الحاجة إلى تشحيم.

التصميم: تُثبت عادةً في مجموعات (عدد 4 قطع غالباً) حول الحافة الداخلية للغطاء الأمامي للمجفف.
طرق الاستخدام والصيانة
1. علامات التلف (متى يجب الاستبدال؟):

الأصوات: سماع صوت “طحن” أو “صرير” معدني مستمر أثناء دوران الحلة، ناتج عن تآكل البلاستيك ووصول الحلة المعدنية إلى الهيكل المعدني للمجفف.

التآكل البصري: عند فك المجفف، إذا لاحظت أن القطع أصبحت مسطحة أو نحيفة جداً (أقل من نصف سمكها الأصلي)، فهي بحاجة للاستبدال.

خدوش الحلة: وجود علامات خدش دائرية على حافة الحلة المعدنية.
2. إرشادات التركيب:

إجراء السلامة: افصل التيار الكهربائي بالكامل عن المجفف.

الوصول للقطعة: يتطلب الوصول لهذه الدعامات فك اللوحة الأمامية للمجفف. ستحتاج إلى إزالة الغطاء العلوي ثم فك البراغي المثبتة للوحة الواجهة الأمامية.

الاستبدال الجماعي: قاعدة تقنية: يجب دائماً استبدال جميع القطع (4 قطع) في وقت واحد. استبدال واحدة فقط سيؤدي إلى عدم توازن دوران الحلة، مما يسبب سرعة تآكل القطع الجديدة والقديمة المتبقية.

التنظيف: قبل تركيب الدعامات الجديدة، قم بتنظيف حافة الحلة المعدنية ومكان تثبيت الدعامات في الهيكل الأمامي من أي أتربة أو بقايا بلاستيك متآكل لضمان سطح تثبيت مستوٍ.
