Installation method:

Safety: Warning: Completely disconnect the power from the dryer before starting any maintenance.

Access: Unscrew the front panel or bottom of the dryer to access the internal rotation system (motor, drive, and tension pulley).

Remove damaged pulley: Release the motor belt from the pulley, then loosen the screw or nut that secures the pulley arm to the chassis.

Replacement: Unscrew the old pulley from the arm (if the kit does not include the arm) or replace the entire unit. Make sure to clean the axle from any dust or old residue.

Installation and adjustment: Install the new pulley and install the belt around it and around the motor and drum. Make sure the belt is in the correct path and that the tension spring provides sufficient pressure.
