38174 SPEED QUEEN BELT

Technical specifications:

Compatibility: Compatible replacement part for a wide range of Speed Queen commercial and home dryers.

Material: Made of high-quality synthetic rubber and reinforced with internal fibers that are resistant to expansion and high heat, ensuring long operating life under constant working pressures.

Performance: Provides optimal tensile strength to smoothly transmit motion from the motor to the drying drum, reducing noise and vibration and preventing travel slippage as the garment-laden drum rotates.

How to use:

Working mechanism: The belt acts as a mechanical link, wrapping around the circumference of the drum and the motor pulley to convert the rotational energy into a uniform rotational motion of the drum.

Employment: It is used as a direct alternative when an interruption occurs to the old traffic, or when wear is observed on its edges or a loss of its flexibility. It is installed via its designated tension path to ensure that no excessive friction occurs. Replacing it is an effective solution to the problem of the pot stopping rotating even though the engine is working properly.
